Tube Fabrication is the process of adding operations, such as cutting, piercing, and forming, to raw tubing material to meet part specifications.

Various operations (such asTube Flaring, Tube Flanging, Tube Expanding, Tube Piercing, and more) are performed individually, or in combinations, to meet strict custom specifications as required by our customers and per our ISO procedures. CEI can work with tubing of different materials and for a variety of industries.
Tube Fabrication
We use certified domestic suppliers as well as qualified global suppliers of raw metal tubing. All of our tubing facilitates the best formability and highest quality parts traceable to the American Bureau of Standards. CEI will assist your project from start to finish, from design assistance to custom packaging and delivery, to meet your individual needs.
All tooling, fixtures, and gauges used to form tubular components are designed by our engineering team and built by our experienced toolmakers, both in-house. We also utilize our Tool & Die Maintenance Department to provide regular service programs for all tools. This ensures all tubular production parts run to spec for the long term.
Tube production is performed in-house utilizing our Stamping, CNC Machining, and Wire EDM Capabilities, as well as Secondary Operations. CEI will also Laser Mark your tubing, when required, with logos, graphics, serial numbers, or data matrices to meet your specified needs. All tube manufacturing is closely monitored by our Quality Assurance Department to ensure all critical specifications are being met throughout the process, from first piece to final inspection, as well as in process using on our top-of-the-line SPC data collection system.
