Tool & Die Building at CEI is a team effort utilizing our Design Review Team (DRT) that works together to design all tools built at CEI. This practice involves all key manufacturing personnel and design engineers. This project management system ensures that all customer requirements for performance, quality, and delivery are achieved with effective and cost-efficient tooling for the life of the project.
All of the latest technologies available are incorporated into our Tool & Die building such as the additions of top-of-the-line CNC Machining Centers and Wire EDM Machines for tooling components controlled by the latest in Master Cam software.
CEI’s tool room is also very experienced in the building of fixtures and gauges for our customers and our own internal use. Fixtures are designed to increase throughput of production parts during various operations such as tube fabrication services and CNC machining. Gauges are used to provide data to be uploaded into an SPC system.You may also be interested in:
