Specializing in stainless steel metal stampings, CEI is an ISO registered contract manufacturing partner of custom stainless steel components. What is Stainless Steel? Stainless Steel is a durable steel and chromium alloy that is practically immune to rust, discoloration and corrosion. Stainless steel stamping is a popular choice for many metal components because of its resistance to stain and corrosion. CEI is very experienced in working with all grades of stainless steel to suit any application, including 300 series, 400 series, 17-4, 17-7, and specialty aircraft stainless steels. We are a contract manufacturer of all types of precision stainless steel stampings utilized in devices involved in the medical, surgical, automotive, aerospace, commercial, and hardware industries. All stainless steel that is used in production at our facility is top-quality, high performance stainless steel. Incoming stainless material is inspected to ensure consistency and free of defects. Our suppliers are qualified and reputable, and all material comes certified. CEI’s stainless steel stamping capabilities range in size from very small, precision parts to large, heavy gauge components. We have the in-house capabilities to blank, pierce, form, and draw precision stainless components to tight tolerances. In addition to strip and coil stainless steel stampings, CEI also uses our stamping operations on stainless steel tubing to produce precision tubular components. These operations include flaring, flanging, expanding, flattening, piercing, lancing, and precision cutting. To Request a Quote, Click Here. You may also be interested in: - Design Assistance
