When drawing or CAD data is not available, CEI will take advantage of reverse engineering technology to generate prints from a part What is Reverse Engineering? Reverse engineering is the process of analyzing and measuring a product, learn how it is made, and develop a CAD model. Even if the object is damaged, such as a shattered punch in a die, CEI can use reverse engineering on the evidence that is present and produce a new punch. At CEI, our Engineering and Quality departments are fully integrated to provide a Reverse Engineering process capable of meeting our customers strict standards. We use an array of specialized measurement equipment and techniques to develop accurate CAD data from a damaged or broken tool or product part. Our reverse engineering team is fast and precise. We will minimize your downtime so you can resume your production. To Request a Quote, Click Here. You may also be interested in: - Design Assistance
