Our Quality Assurance department ensures all part features and dimensions meet or exceeds required specifications by utilizing top notch video inspection

The Quality Assurance Team at CEI is responsible for inspecting all production from incoming raw material, first piece, in process, and final inspection. CEI is fully integrated with the latest inspection equipment including video inspection, Statistical Analysis Software, and in-process SPC data collection. CEI’s quality system is registered to both ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 13485:2003, and is also FDA registered.

The Quality Assurance Team is an integrated part of every phase of the manufacturing process at CEI, from the initial review of customer requirements, through the DRT (Design Review Team) product approval, and production. We provide this support throughout CEI using state-of-the-art equipment and an SPC Data Collection System. The Quality Assurance Department at CEI does everything possible to make sure all specifications and requirements are met for our customers.
