Our miniature metal stamping process allows us to progressively stamp custom components as small as the tip of a pencil
CEI has the ability to produce miniature stampings the size of a pencil tip with very intricate shapes, formings, and hole diameters. We have stamped production projects for components used in medical devices, surgical and dental implants, and electromechanical instruments. We are highly experienced in miniature metal stampings produced from various types of stainless steel and titanium.
Our high volume miniature metal stampings are produced from our progressive dies designed and manufactured by our in-house. For lower volume miniature stamping jobs, CEI utilizes wire EDM and secondary stamping processes. Our engineering team will assist you to develop the most cost effective manufacturing process.
