Our micro stamping process allows us to progressively stamp custom components as small as the tip of a pencil
CEI has the ability to produce micro stampings the size of a pencil tip with very intricate shapes, formings, and hole diameters. We have stamped production projects for components used in medical devices, surgical and dental implants, and electromechanical instruments. We are highly experienced in micro stampings produced from various types of stainless steel and titanium.
Our high volume micro stampings are produced from our progressive dies designed and manufactured by our in-house engineering team. For lower volume micro stamping jobs, CEI utilizes wire EDM and secondary stamping processes. Our engineering team will assist you to develop the most cost effective manufacturing process.
