Our purpose at Component Engineers Inc. is to assist quality minded companies with the design, development and manufacturing of precision metal components. For 30 years, we have successfully partnered with companies of all sizes in order to ensure cost efficient part production and meet all program objectives. We work directly with project engineers to add value and remove unnecessary costs right from the start. We’ve helped many companies maximize their potential, and we can do the same for you.

In 2009, we continued to reinvest back into our company by improving our technologies and capacities. In 2009, CEI aquired an additional 18,000 square foot of space, enabling us to merge our Meriden and Wallingford CT facilities to operate a lean and efficient system from one location. CEI now has a total of 50,000 square feet of manufacturing space and room to grow.

Other improvements to CEI in the last few years include:

• Addition of six new Wire EDM Centers.
• Addition of nine CNC Turning Centers.
• Addition of ten Stamping Presses.
• Addition of Starrett Galileo AV350 with Laser Scanning Capability and 8.5” x 14” x 14” inches of travel.

In the next couple of years, we look forward to even more enhancements to our company. Next year we plan to expand our in-process inspection capabilities and hold several lean manufacturing events.

We designed our spectrum of manufacturing capabilities to be vast in order to provide our customers with one stop shopping. We are ready to assist you with your complex manufacturing challenges.
