1. CEI will do a detailed analysis of the customer’s component print and will balloon and number all dimensions and specifications.

2. CEI will complete a full inspection of the part and complete the first article inspection form.

3. CEI is able to document a manufacturing process a number of ways. One of them is a process flowchart.

4. When required, CEI can also include a process Potential Failure and Effects Analysis (PFEA).

5. If there are specific formats that are essential, CEI can always accommodate the additional requirements of our customers.

All of the above documentation, along with any additional documents specifically required by the customer, may be incorporated into a PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) submission, under AIAG (Automotive Industry Action Group) guidelines.
